You would think he’d have got used to them by now – but nope! Still not a fan.  The sprint weekends were first introduced in 2021 and completely messed with what many fans consider the “normal” F1 schedule. And, to be honest, despite adding a completely separate “sprint Saturday” in 2023, the sprints have still very much been a mixed bag in terms of living up to their hype. And, let’s be honest, the US GP Sprint is hardly going into the “classic” folder, is it?
